You see, Keith suffers from a rare mental disorder known as "erotomania." Erotomania is a mental illness in which the affected person believes that another person is in love with them. Whenever Keith is around the "apple of his eye," so to speak, he begins getting delusional fantasies that they're secretly declaring their love for him.
