Welcome to Foxerfly Adopts!

A Foxerfly is a fox-like creature that is rather small; about the size of a house cat. A very unique feature of them is a set of wings on their back that allows them to fly. So far, there are five different types of wings that have been discovered, all which resemble the wings of insects: Butterfly, Dragonfly, Bee, Moth, and Wasp. Another unique feature is their charms, which represent their talent. A talent is a Foxerfly's calling in life. It is okay for Foxers to be skilled in the same expertise, however two Foxers cannot have the same charm. Be nice to your Foxerfly; they will only choose the one right for them!

Nursery Rules
- It is 2 months between each stage of growth
- It's preferred if you ask the original artist to grow your Foxerfly
- Foxerflies cannot be bred until they have been an adult for a minimum of 1 month
- Foxerflies can only have 1-2 kits
- Foxerflies may only breed 3 times at the moment
- This means Foxerflies can have a maximum of 6 kits in their lifetime
- Same-sex mates can breed normally!
- Foxerflies may break up with or divorce with however many foxers they choose; however, they cannot breed with more than two Foxerflies! No exceptions!

Basic Rules
- You may only adopt up to 25 Foxerflies. If you or someone you love has a Foxerfly hoarding obsession, please contact us for help. You may have all of your Foxerflies removed otherwise! (Shadow.Flame is an exception, as are staff on a case by case basis.)
- Give the staff respect toward our decisions. We all must agree on something before it becomes law, thus decisions can take some time!
- Customs will never be open. Wait to adopt one that we make!
- Do not ask to be a guest artist/artist/mod unless the applications are open.
- You may sell your Foxerfly for the amount you bought for art, but that is it. If you have purchased a Foxerfly without art, you were scammed! Please contact us for help
- You may gift your Foxerfly, however you must ask staff first.
- You may also readopt your Foxerfly. Please contact a staff member so we can make you a section under our readoption thread!
- Foxerflies are allowed to be a commonly used character, but NOT your Fursona.
- Your Foxerfly can only breed through the nursery. NEVER breed it yourself, please.

Hello everybody! I have come bearing some sad news. Me and Ember have discussed this and have been thinking it over a lot lately and the other staff agreed. That being said, foxerflies will be closed. The concept isn't as original as what most closed species are nowadays and not many people are very interested in them. There also wasn't enough interest in the artist competition either and everybody is busy with lives since most of us have grown up now.

Since they are closed, here are the following things that have changed:

-No slot limit
-Can sell for points despite buying additional art or not, just don't overly price it
-Can transfer them to other species, closed or not
-Nursery batches CAN be made but they'll have to be custom lined and you'll basically have to do it by yourself unless somebody else is willing to do it for you!

Finally, I am readopting out the last foxers that don't have homes. If anybody else wants to adopt theirs out then please let me know and I will set it up asap!!! There may still be 1 or 2 more but I am currently waiting for a response from the owners about said foxers.

All end in 2 weeks and are limited impress mes! They also have no extensions so use your time wisely!

I know foxers are closed but if we need to grow/ put babies we get on adult lines where do we do it?
