name: Sylvia
gender: Female
talent: Writing. She loves short stories
and poetry especially.
charm: A miniscule book that
can be opened like a real one,
but the words are unintelligible.
Personality: Sylvia is a timid
kit with a heart of gold. She has a speech impediment
where any attempts to speak often have a lot of Ws in them.
Despite her impediment, Sylvia has a terrifyingly large vocabulary
for a six year old due to carrying a dictionary with her everywhere,
and she is not afraid of going all out with her vocabulary when she
is thoroughly annoyed. It is difficult to take her seriously with her speech
impediment, though. She is clumsy and has an unusual knack for
tripping over nothing. Sylvia rarely loses her temper, but when she does, it can be terrifying. The things that will definitely set her off is taking her teddy bear, whom she affectionately named Henry, or picking on her sibling, to which she would call the offender a "troglodyte" or whack them with her dictionary. Or both if she's having a particularly bad day. Sylvia loves visiting libraries, especially old ones, and any old places, like ruins and some musuems. Her room is full of books, and organizes them all based on series and author.
She loves watching rain fall against windows, and the sound relaxes her. She dislikes lightning though, since it interrupts her tain of thought.

A lovely piece by Rondell of Sylvia and Henry. Go and tell them that they're amazing.

Her favourite author is Charles Dickinson. She finds his stories entrancing, particulary
A Christmas Carol for it's use of ghosts and apparitions. Sylvia has a habit of correcting everyone when they misuse a word or grammar, and if the problem persists, she will most likely have a tantrum and use the word illiterate, or anything synonymous to that, to describe them.
Her bear, Henry, goes with her everywhere, and since she is still a child, she will read to him and think of him as alive. She adores bears so much that many of her personal belongings are bear themed, slippers, gloves, hats, bath robes, you name it. Her bear was a birthday gift when she turned one, and that is why Henry is missing an eye and part of his ear, she chewed them off as a kit. But she takes much better care of him now, even taking the task of repairing him upon herself.
