He'll be in his next stage on the 26th, and his final stage on the 1st of March. Payment is not necessary.
Due to the difficulty of Munchkin-izing a Roonz cat, and the way the lines are set up, the kitten stage is not very munchkin-ized. The adult stage, however, is quite munchkin.
