Yes, her name is from Homestuck's Nepeta - Originally this was going to be a shiny Sylveon and a male named Equius (after my first shiny), however I realized I already had an RPW that looked like shiny Sylveon and was named Equius, so I shifted to pastel purple and used the name Nepeta (which in itself also ties to a shiny Sylveon in my game, who I referred to as Nepeta since she couldn't be nicknamed)
