[Karmel]

Songrems are an ancient species with a shortened nickname of 'Grems'. These large fluffy creatures use their solid exoskeleton-like jaws to crush and and eat their meals, and are adapt to most living environments. All Songrems have holes in their horns that produce a melody, or a certain song when wind is blown through them. Each song is completely unique though some may be similar and many people keep them as pets to listen to their melodies, but also because of their generally cuddly nature.

Alrighty then, finally got around to making my first Songrem as an artist!
Wanted to have fun with it so I bring you dark and moody with sparkles.

Personality: Xavier is, at his best, a surprisingly kind person. He tends to come off as someone with very little consideration of others or as an individual with an over-inflated sense of self. While this is commonly a first impression it couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, Xavier is the friend many depend on. He doesn't mind listening to someone else vent out their issues nor does he mind going out of his way to bring a smile to his friends' faces.

When he isn't out rooting around in the desert or kicking back for some general relaxation he is almost always with a friend. The most amazing part of his social aptitude is how welcoming he is with those he knows well. He is content to laze around without so much as talking if it would make his companion more comfortable.

His sadness and anger are distant; there is very little time for him to be involved in any stressful situation. Xavier lives by "take it one day at a time", he's never in a particular rush to do anything. As a whole he could be described as somewhat of an optimist and lets life happen.

eden has always been one to abide well with the word
"punk." from an early age, she acquired the right look
and took it to new heights. not only is she one of the
lead singers in a rock band named everlasting sunshine
(which is ironic in itself), but she is also a model that
loves to design clothes and accessories as well as a tattoo
artist. to say she's been busy over the last few years of
her life is an understatement, but she loves always being
up and moving around even if she would prefer to have her
nose in a romance novel at times. eden is anything from
narcissistic and is very caring towards her friends, sometimes
becoming "motherly" towards them, despite how embarrassing
it is. she'd rather be made a laughing stock by her friends than
have one of them hurt! some of the words her friends use to

Metanoia || Anubis
Anubis, much like his namesake,
is known for his fascination with
the afterlife and mummification.
He believes in respecting the dead
and celebrating their life every day.
He loves to babble on about all that
he knows and it's pretty much all he
focuses on.
Anubis is acutely aware of different
things about himself, but he has a
hard time understanding others
and things tend to go by his head a
lot. This is especially difficult as
he also has a hard time reading
emotion and atmosphere and tends
to unintentionally upset others. He
can be a bit overbearing at times,
but he has so much love to give.
He absolutely LOVES cuddling,
but he's constantly moving, even
in his sleep, so people tend to
get crushed in his floof. To prevent
this, he's tried multiple times to
cut his hair only to have it end
up a monstrosity and him end
up a blubbering mess.
He's emotional in so many
different ways and that makes
him very colorful, and he knows
this well. He tries to control himself
when he senses he's getting out of
hand but panics when he struggles with it.

Name: Chikuma (Meaning 'Little Devil')
Personality:
Chiku is a very mischievous creature with an insatiable curiosity. He's known
to get into very odd situations seemingly without any rhyme or reason to his
actions. Usually though, its in the pursuit of something he loves - bones.
Chiku spends a lot of time watching and tracking the local birds, vultures and
crows mainly, to find corpses all over the land. He is no stranger to gore or
rot, but that's not what intrigues him about the bones. The curves and
textures they present are unlike anything else in the world, and Chiku
appreciates their subtle beauty. His favorite pieces, besides his skulls of
course, are probably the vertebrochondral ribs - thoracic cavities amaze him.
He does not bother to share his space with others, knowing he would only be
ridiculed for his passion, and yet he is not all that lonely. He speaks with his
skulls quite often, and believes, truly, that they talk back to him - just
perhaps not in a tongue that he can understand. There isnt much that worries
his warped mind, and as such he is a very lax character, fully invested in his
hobbies. And to him, there isn't anything at all wrong with that.
