Note - The reason its a cover is because 90% of this guy was made on oekaki! I just edited the background and put a shadow on it, thats why it's covered.
Meet Rae ~
Rae is generally... an ass. He brags about himself all the time and doesn't care what others think of him most of the time. Perhaps he'll be nice to you if you can bribe him with something or you're generally nice to him despite him being rude. He's the biggest drama queen ever - if he gets a small cut he'll yell he's been stabbed or some crap and that he's dying. If you do manage to get on his good side, he'll be some-what polite and crack a few jokes now and then. In all honesty, he gets on with children a lot more than adults.
