Picard is quite shy and often doesn't talk too much. When he does he is very polite and always uses correct titles and grammar. He doesn't want to get on bad sides or good sides. Picard more or less doesn't want many friends or many enemies. Most of his free time is working overtime flying all around the world with is co-pilot, Kirk. Picard normally tries to avoid all social interaction if he can though it is often hard because with him treating everyone else with respect and correct manners, it brings a lot of unwanted guests trying to bring him on a date. He isn't against romance it's just that he is really awkward when it comes to it.
