Spitz works as an undercover agent in illegal activity, going out into the field regularly, taking assignments that sometimes, no one else will.
A part of a secret task force that tries to take out crime from within, he spends the majority of his time working jobs. If he isn't undercover, he's staking out his next mission, learning as much as he can before he gets thrown into the fray.
It is unknown what his previous employment was, but many have a sneaking suspicion that it wasn't a desk job.








Personality:
Despite his job, Spitz is as courteous as they come. He isn't one to jump to rude behavior or harsh words, and is usually composed and kind. He has a tendency to make jokes out of otherwise dangerous situations, and tends to downplay the importance of his role in the missions he takes part in.
Because his occupation has him playing several roles, he can easily adapt to changing situations, adopting a different personality with ease.













Relationships:

Zahlia:
Zahlia is Spitz's superior, going over assignments and assessing the levels of danger of each mission she sends him out on. His number one contact in case of emergency, he knows that he can always count on her in a pinch.
Managing her paperwork for a time before he was promoted, the two share a friendship that has formed over the several years of his employment. He has learned her "language", so to speak, deciphering her words who's meaning could be lost to those who only see her work attitude. He knows that she cares for his safety, and he for hers, and can always count on her to have his back.


Sophi:
Zahlia's mate, Sophi is the chief of her police division and is instrumental in the capture of the criminals that Spitz helps bring down. Having teamed up with her on more than one occasion, he learned to listen to her rules and to do things her way when the police are asked for a helping hand in their investigation.


Jasper:
Spitz's informant in underground activity, he made a deal with Jasper to pardon him for his own crimes in exchange for information. This relationship evolved passed that, however, and the two ended up as loving mates.

Undercover Insight:

A shadowy figure darted under the large gateway entrance, weaving passed the other Kalons that had arrived for "unsavory" business. This was the shady part of town, if you will, and everyone in the city knew this. Most, in their right mind, did their best to avoid the activity that was involved here, but he couldn't. He was late. And that didn't bode well for him at all. He was a lot of things, most of which could be described using unpleasant words, but the one thing that he wasn't was tardy.
As he approached the worn down, yet large building, he adjusted the dusty red mask that covered his face, which he had managed to slip on on his way here. After reaffirming that it covered his face, he put one paw in front of the other and strutted through the doorway with purpose.

"Heyo Boss, what's the big news?" he piped up as he caught eye of the rather large Kalon pacing back and forth in the main room.

"You're late." he growled, but before the other could say a word he continued, "You tell me, Risk. What the problem is."

"Besides my lateness, I dunno what you're talkin' 'bout." he answered quickly, putting a subtle emphasis on his slang, eyeing the Boss's movements.

"As it turns out, we got ourselves a spy, running around, asking questions."

Risk seems unmoved by his words, flicking his tail in disinterest.
"Is there now? Should I deal with 'em? What's the lug look like?"

"We don't know, nobody's seen 'em. Or if they have they won't admit a thing. But he's here, and he's asking all the wrong questions. Find him, Risk. We don't want the police poking their noses around our business, do we now?"

"No sir, we don't. I'll take care of your man for ya, and no one will be the wiser."

"Good. I'm counting on you."

Without waiting for another word, Risk turned on the heels of his paws and sauntered out the same way he had come in. There was a leisurely air to his movements, as he strolled passed buildings covered in graffiti, passed other Kalons and their deals, all the way to the edge of the neighborhood. It wasn't until he was quite a distance away that he lowered his head and sped across a few streets, only pausing when he came to a corner street cafe. A quick glance around confirmed that there was no one following him.
He took a seat inside near a window, after a respectful nod to the owner. His spot was a table meant for one, with other tables and chairs to either side for other customers, but the rest of the cafe was empty. The gray clouds were barely visible outside the window at this late hour, but if the temperature outside was anything to go on, rain was coming. Soon.
Suddenly, in a pale flash of blue, someone was sitting to his right. They were facing the opposite way as him, towards the door rather than the window. A hushed feminine voice broke the silence.

"Undercover means get intel, not get yourself killed." she whispered, "Do we have to pull you out? Is he on to you?"

"So many questions," he mused in immediate response, "I'm fine, he doesn't know it's me. I told him I would take care of the problem."

"Then be careful, Spitz. Tell him you 'solved the problem' then stay on the down low for a while, until things calm down."

"Sounds like a game plan to me."

"Good," she huffed as she rose, "But I mean it. Be careful. We can't afford to lose you now."

"Aw, good ol' Zahlia is worried. Just leave it to me, ok? I'll handle everything."

He turned his head for a quick moment to look at her, and she was looking right back at him. They shared a fleeting gaze of reassurance before she headed out the door. Taking a moment to assess the situation he was in, Spitz took a deep breath before sighing.

"Could I get a cup of coffee over here?"
