I decided to give her a bow, for character development reasons which I will explain in a moment. c: Just let me clean up the ref so the bow fits.

Marsha wouldn't have worn this bow under normal circumstances. However, death of a friend shouldn't be considered normal. One of Marshas best friends passed away, an old bean who used to tell her stories and bake her cookies. Marsha was distraught and didn't even realize that the old bean had left a gift for her- a pink bow that she wanted her to wear and remember her by.
Marsha has actually calmed down quite a bit now. (I have decided to make her younger as well.) While she isn't a fan of dressing up past the bow, she would much rather now sit in a lap and cuddle if she had the option. She still enjoys playing with her siblings and is still close to Oswald- she simply changed a bit. She has incredibly sweet after the passing of her friend and loves to laugh.
