On the surface Haruka appears to be nothing more than a famous dancer, but that is just a cover. She is a versatile spy, working with an underground network of freedom fighters to rebel against the cruel, iron-fisted reign of a sultan who just so happens to be Haruka's grandfather.

- She is a talented dancer, and what she earns from performing goes to those who need it most.
- her dancing teacher also taught her to fend for herself.
- Preferred weapon is a Naginata, but also fairly good at hand to hand. She is very quick, and light on her toes, as a dancer should be. She has gotten into more then one fight in the streets over injustices.
- she wishes to someday travel beyond the Sandsea.
- Very shy and demure around strangers, brightens up considerably around friends.
- Prefers to listen, and is very good at it.
- Has a lovely Singing voice, but doesn't like to sing for strangers.
- Normally her red eye is hidden by her hair, but when she disguises herself she covers her yellow eye instead.
