Why is he picky? Ticket hates anything sweet; molasses, apples, any sweetner. He will not eat it. No one really knows why unfortunately.

Why is he picky? Paperback was weaned from his dam just a bit too early, resulting in him being very choosy to what he prefers to eat. Grazing? Only as long as he can find the freshest patches he can. Hay? Has to be wetted down before he'll even think of sniffing it. Supplemental grains? Soaked in water to make it a mushy mess. Treats? Well, he couldn't say no to those..

Why is he picky? For Viking, he likes his food to more than simply taste good. He likes it to smell good and look good in every aspect, along with the obvious delicious taste any equine would more then savor. Bananas for one are a big no-no with him, thanks to their nose wrinkling texture that makes him want to gag just by merely smelling the yellow fruit.

Why is he picky? As a yearling, Mjolnir bit into a flake of moldy hay. This unfortunate happening led to him getting colic, which required surgery. Mjolnir has never fully mentally recovered from that incident. Now, he only eats what he has thoroughly looked over and smelled before taking a taste- not being picky almost cost him his life!
