I am now putting this kid up for readoption as I am working on massively cleaning out my characters due to school
limited impress me, you get 1000 words to do whatever you want and 3 pieces of art max

you can make the form however you'd like!
concerning judging, I judge off of development of character and uniqueness of form. note these are two different things; I want to see how well you can develop this plumie, and I want to see how you can set up your form. character uniqueness won't matter if the char isn't developed nicely. be creative with how you present the character!

any questions can be pmed to me, otherwise good luck! ends in a month. no form skeleton as I want you to make a unique form!

edit again ;; ellie cameron was her first full name, cameron is not a last name, I don't care if you keep the name or not. also noting that this is a development contest, I would prefer art is done by you because well.. you're the one developing the char, and by not doing the art yourself I feel you're taking away from the potential. digital / traditional / whatever medium you want is fine.
hidden forms are allowed; why? because this isn't a full on impress me. you should be trying your hardest regardless of if theres competition or not.
adding onto that, I would prefer if you develop her away from family. I'm focusing on the character development, not how well she mirrors her parents or siblings.
