Two-Bit

Postby Wileyfangs » Mon May 23, 2016 7:43 pm

    Name: Two-Bit aka Damon Styles

    Age: 25 years old

    Gender: Male

    Sexuality: Undecided

Personality: Cool, calm, collected. The three C's if you will. That's how Two-Bit works when around others. He's gotta be chill, he's gotta seem cool. The reality is Two-Bit is anything but. A deep and thoughtful plume with more than a few ideas in his mind, he is quite inquisitive and always ready to break a rule or two, even if it means getting into some massive consequences. With a dry sense of humor, and the inability to shut up, his nickname is Two-Bit because no matter what's bein said he's always gotta put in his two cents worth. Two-Bit is one of the scholarly types that way and is a walking encyclopedia, having huge masses of random information stuck in his head. Usually tired and very groggy, this plume has been known to spout utter nonsense before in a bout of sleep loss. Don't talk to him until he's coherent enough to ask for coffee. Other than that though, this plume is truly just very in depth and sometimes it scares him how deeply he reads into his own thoughts or into meanings he isn't sure of. As much as he loves philosophy and psychology, the idea and the reasoning, it can sometimes be too much for him and when this occurs he's dragged out of the house for some fresh air until he clear his thoughts.

History: Two-Bit grew up on what many would consider the ghetto. He learned how to run when in trouble, how to steal candy from corner stores and not get caught, how to disappear for days on end and reappear like a ghost. He learned plenty of seemingly bad things. The one thing Two-Bit never really learned at a young age was how to think. Hence why he makes such a big deal out of it now. When he was a kid he was always told "Just do what you're told" but never told why. So when he got to highschool he demanded why's like someone owed him money. He questioned them, studied them. Took classes on why. It wasn't until he left highschool he figured it out. Why's were for people who could afford them. Why's were not for those without money, without homes. You did as you were told in order to get those Why's. And so when Two-Bit joined a gang, it was no surprise. The only problem was when he wanted to leave the gang. Which led to an interesting conversation with a woman at church but after that he left his hometown to search for answers on his own and to escape the life he always knew for a better one. A bigger one. Now he works as a philosophy teacher after going to college himself and he holds a dry sense of humor when it comes to the universe and it's why's and he finds it interesting how many students come to his class room to learn more about it themselves. Only there does he respond the name Professor Styles.
