I wasn't going to release him due to personal reasons, but I felt as though I had done enough to earn him.

Eskimo's a fairly grumpy Munchkin, mainly due to how he feels his height affects him.
He doesn't smile, basically, and gives off a cold exterior to those he doesn't know.
Eski always wears his parka, and is essentially never seen without it unless it's being washed.
His bow was a gift from his 'best friend', and the centre appears to glow if the one that sees it is pure of heart.
Speaking of friends, he really only has one that he is close to; his 'best friend' and boss known for his laid back attitude.
