Adopting baby EFs is pretty much the same as adopting full-grown ones. You can browse through the created EFs and, if you see one you like, click on it and fill out the form that's needed on the fox's page. If you are one of the first three to apply for a fox, the Foxy is yours!
Breeding
Also, you can breed two EFs here. Artists, you can just do it on your own, but put the form in the EF's adoption page. IF you're not an artist, just comment with this form.
