Doll's name:
Jareth or rather "Jar" for short
Shadow's name:
Abell or Bell for short
Genders:
Jareth: is actually female despite the name being male
Abell: Female
Pesonalities:
Jareth is quite cynical
and rarely trusts any except for Abell.
A loner who'd rather look at the unruined parts
of nature rather then the crowded halls of a party.
She keeps to herself and is a hard case to crack.
She thinks logically and is quite cold and unsocial.
She's also a bit stubborn, sticking to her ground
and will react viciously if Abell or any that
by some miracle gain her trust are harmed
physically or verbally. She never intends
on making friends or enemies but if
the pieces fall correctly, fate will
have it's way and she'll somehow end up
with both.
Abell is the opposite of Jareth.
She's approachable and sweet.
Very polite as well and charasmatic.
She's also quite good at adapting to situations.
However, she's quite absent-minded and clumsy.
This may prove to be problematic at times,
but she's always forgiven. Who wouldn't
forgive such a sweet fluffy critter?
Although, they're very different,
they work like cogs in sync.
Some say they complete each other:
One sweet, the other logical.

Relationship:
A strong bond that took time
and effort to create and
enough kept promises and happy
memories to last an eternity.
Jareth wrote:"Perfection"? Is there even such a thing?"
Jareth's Story:
Cold pure white snow showered down around the doll as
she laid there on the cement, frozen to the ground.
She was flat on her motionless wings, face up to the sky, a saddened look
in her dark eyes. Her black hair was layered with ice and the
fallen snow blended with her pale skin. The doll looked worn
and some dust particules still rested on her clothing.
Just by looking at the doll, one could tell that she hadn't
been put there by accident, but by decision. This doll
had been abandoned, thrown away by a child who no longer
loved it. Most passed by the doll unaware of it's presence, but
the ones who noticed it simply glanced at it with pity in their
eyes. "Another deserted toy" They'd think, and look away.
As for the doll itself, the last thing it wanted was the pity of
others. Too much had it been through for its owner, and yet it knew exactly
its owner had done in return: Tossed it away. It needed not
the assurance of others to know that. Looking up at the sky,
it wanted to cry out. It didn't care anymore. Let the world know
what had happened to it. It couldn't careless, and nor would anyone else.
It wanted to disappear. It wanted to forget. It couldn't though,
because it was a doll. A lifeless, motionless, unloved doll.
One that had been born into a path that was cruel and unkind to
it, no matter how hard it had wished to change that. Invisible
tears streamed down its face in frustration. It had trusted her,
cared for her, and yet this was how she had treated it. It wanted
to disolve the painful memories in its side. To disappear.
With the last of its will, it closed its eyes and seeped into
the darkness, awaiting its final moment. At first slow, getting
increasingly faster, it soared through it's painful memories, bidding
a silent farewell to them and.......then there was nothing.
Then suddenly after what seemed like years, milleniums even,
a light shone in the darkness.
Small yet bright and surrounded with an air of determination.
It called to the doll, the doll who was lost in the dark.
With an unexplainable force, the doll approached it with
movements it never knew it was capable of. It reached
its hand out and felt the warmth of the flame. The flame
in turn, embraced the doll with an assurance and compassion.
For once, the doll felt it could trust someone. That it
could rest its worries. That although the world was
imperfect, although it got hurt, now it would be okay.
It had someone to confide in. Somehow, the flame
smiled at the doll. What it was, wasn't a flame at all,
but a small caterpiller. A caterpiller with all the warmth
of a flame and the brightness of a star. It held out its
tiny arm towards the doll. Without another thought,
the doll took it's hand. Jareth's eyes opened, to behold
a world different from the last.....with a life that had been
given anew. She'd been given a second chance, and this time,
she was going to use it with all the knowledge she'd been given previously. Looking down at the
critter that had granted her this gift, she lifted herself to her feet,
and with her savior at her side, she took her first step into the
new world.
This new imperfect untrustworthy world.
