➸personality : itani is very mysterious and often has to keep hidden most of the time, since they are wanted for something. however, they do perform magic for crowds and when they are asked how they do it, itani will smile and say, 'a magician never shares their secret'. even though they appear kind on the outside, they are rather dark and scary, and will scare away anyone if they come near where they live. they work on potions at home, trying to find a potion that can make you create cats at will. itani loves cats, especially black cats. itani is not highly superstitious, but they will believe some superstitions.
➸hobby : itani likes to create potions and cast spells on others. in fact, they have a humble little shop called 'hocus pocus', where they sell potions that they have tested many times and maybe some small stuffed animal keychains with button eyes and sewed up smile. itani also sells good luck charms which they have cast a spell on to bring good luck to any person who wears it if they rub it when they need the good luck. everyday is like working on a science experiment, they say, as they mix and add stuff to the free cauldron they get when they subscribe to potions & spells magazine. they try out everything in there and also read some gossip about the top wizards and witches. itani has been working on a potion or spell that can make you create cats at will. they have been working on it since they were thirteen, and up 'till now. they still haven't found the perfect spell, but have other animal spells that can turn useless old junk into persian, angora, or ragmuffin cats.
➸cat obsession : when itani was 13, they had got a kitten for their birthday. instantly, they had fallen in love with the small scottish fold kitten they had gotten and had spent days looking for a 'duplicating' spell in their family's spellbook, or maybe a spell that could create any animal at their own will. of course, they had found nothing of the sort, but they had found the duplicating spell, which did not work on living things. their kitten, who they had name bill, enjoyed following and playing with itani, and itani did magic tricks for the small kitten. they had gotten along well, until bill was not found again. itani cried and cried for days, vowing that they would find the spell that would bring bill back, and possibly create more kittens. at the moment, itani has a black persian named silki, who they love very much. silki doesn't do much, he just sleeps all day, but itani enjoys testing out a couple of small tricks such as flotation, invisibility, and size change on them. of course, itani does bring silki back to their original form afterwards.
