Username: Toxic Nightshade
Name: Valkrie, Val for short
Gender: Female
Reason for adopting: She's beautiful and she looks a lot like my cat. I think she is a really nice looking cat and I'll love her and take great care of her.
Personality: Valkrie is a motherly young cat who is quite shy, but kind and sweet when you get to know her. She has trust issues, due to her past. She wants kittens badly, but is scared she or the father might abandon the kittens, or her. She loves to hunt. She hates conflict, and is more of a flight over fight cat, but if she strongly believes in something she'll stand up for it and can be very stubborn when she sets her mind to something.
History: Her mother abandoned her and her brother when they were very young, saying she'd be back. That happened a few weeks after her father scratched her mother and left, saying he never wanted kits. The den caught on fire two nights later and her brother helped her out. He was always the bigger stronger cat. He had short fur and was really nice. The duo found an empty hole in the base of a tree trunk and stayed there. For months they lived off the carcasses of other animals and stole food from other cats, but eventually they learned to hunt. When they were a bit older, her brother left her, but on good terms. She still sees him once in a while. Her heart longesfor a mate, but she stayed clear of other cats, afraid to be left behind and broken hearted.
Story: Crouching in the bushes, I waited for the mouse to come a bit closer. Snap! I broke its spine so it was over quickly. Brindle tail waving on the air, I brought it back to my brother.
"A successful hunt I see." He said, smiling.
I nodded and said,"Let's share."
We dug into the mouse and finished it off. I went out for another hunt and caught a mouse. Then, noticing it was getting dark, I sat in my nest and groomed myself.
Hearing howling in the distance, I quickly dove into the bush, disguising my scent with disgusting mushrooms. I frowned. I didn't know what it was, I just hated the smell of mushrooms! I saw them through the bushes, and, hoping they would fund my mouse until I came back, quietly slunk away. When I was far enough away for them not to be able to catch me, I ran back to my
