As you wander through the festival you notice a pretty gold and white striped tent. You duck inside and watch as participants dress patient crownies in all sorts of colorful costumes. It seems as though the best costume wins!

This adopt is a special, as you can tell. It's a chimeric semi custom! So you'll pick one base coat and I'll choose the other. You'll also pick out three markings. I might include all, some or even none (which is unlikely).
This one is an impress me with any sort of halloween costume. Ordering/making art, writing stories, adding extras and prettying up your form will increase your chances of winning. I'll be judging on effort more than anything else so if you're not the best at art or writing, don't worry!
