A strange Sima with questionable motives. Nobody is quite sure what his real name is; he has turned to the alias "Hannibal Lecter" - and for good reason, too. While Hannibal (upon first meeting him) seems polite, suave, and charming, underneath that gentlemanly exterior is a sociopath who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Whether his audacity is viewed as genius or simply borderline insanity is anyone's guess.
Hannibal has earned another nickname: "Hannibal the Cannibal." Again, for good reason. Instead of simply scaring off the other side, Hannibal has turned to attempting to kill and eat his victims. He's bloodthirsty and vicious; truly a Sima of nightmares.
In short, you wouldn't want to meet this guy in a dark alleyway at night.
