♛ The Stormy Night of Bonding ♛

▸ It rained for two days straight
▸ Mirza loves the rain and enjoys splashing in puddles

▸ Played in the rain with him today, he became very studly at one point of time
▸ Stopped charging me, but will playfully bump into me and mess around

▸ Introduced him to King, they snorted and splashed at each other over the fence
▸ Mirza loves rolling in the mud
▸ Favorite treat was noted today... red apple slices dipped in sugar
▸ Started to act a little lonely, but then was happy to see me appear

♛ The Blue Roap Halter ♛

Nᴏᴛᴇs;;
▸ Got a bubble bath to clean off mud
▸ Re-introduced a soft rope halter, he seemed fine with it
▸ Attempted to put it on, he fought a little
▸ Around late-noon, Mirza allowed me to halter him
▸ Attached lead rope, and began teaching him how to follow

▸ Followed very nicely, and we began working on more horsemanship
▸ The next day, he was re-haltered with a longer rope attached, and we did circles at walk
▸ Switched sides and began trotting
▸ After trotting, and a small lunch, we worked on voice commands
▸ Accomplished the canter after he pulled the lead rope out of my hand a few times

♛ Bombproof Boy ♛

Nᴏᴛᴇs;;
▸ Tarps are scary
▸ Lunge-lined with the tarp hanging over fence
▸ Tarps are even scarier when going under and through
▸ Gently put around his body, the noise eventually didn't bother him
▸ Took tarp and tied it around his back

▸ The following day, worked with the tarp and other various shiny scary" things
▸ Brought over King again so they could say hello
▸ Lead Mirza to a paddock so he could play in pasture with King
▸ They play fought for 30 mins, and ended up grazing next to each other
▸ Before night fell, I brought them back them to their original enclosures, and took out saddle and bridle
