Of current there are only 2 ways of getting a custom. A SEMI custom(with 1 major edit or 2-3 minor edits up to an uncommon) can be gained via birthday! A birthday custom! you can post seven days before or after your birthday. (for example, mine is January 13th. I could post it January 6th or January 20th.) If I find out however. You took advantage of it and received a semi custom when it wasn't your birthday, and I find out. You WILL be banned, and the star catcher will be revoked.
The second way of getting a FULL or SEMI custom. (ie. major edits uncommon+) is through purchase. Depending on what you're asking for, a custom can be purchased via DA points or through PayPal. Both forums will be located below, and both can be posted here for customs.

Any MAJOR edits are considered things like changing the lantern, changing paws to feet or hooves, changing tails. anything really big line edits. MINOR edits can be considered, extra feathers/fur(yes this includes hairstyles) adding tiny things like small wings(although they can't be used.) and any MINOR line edit.
Hybrids are only available through breeding or a FULL custom. please note that the Full Custom forum is only an example and based it off of the MAXIMUM you can do. You can do less if you want to, making it a semi or full, but please note the price WILL change depending on what you ask for. I'm just making sure none EXCEPT the #100's can gain too much power(i.e. super rare: full control over stardust with the addition of a power) The max a full custom can be is a rare, with limited control over stardust but more than any other starcatcher(i.e. the ability to use stardust to create wings to stay in the air for longer) in this instance they CAN use wings, albeit VERY limited.
