Fair Run Rabbits is an organization that gives you the chance to adopt a rare breed of rabbit. The Coloradan Fairen, or Fae, is a specifically bred working rabbit made to withstand extremely cold temperatures. They have an extremely large body, averaging around 25-40lbs in weight and about 3-4ft in length. Much like other large breeds, Faes feature large eyes and an unusually fluffy tail. Their ears are short and thick, as are their paw pads. Able to run for long distances while also being extremely agile, they are commonly used for agility competitions. Faes make great pets for young children due to their advanced intelligence and dog-like attitudes, though many professional breeders can assure you they make fabulous companions for everyone.
This bunny is extremely skittish and fearful of just about everything. It will bite out of fear, run away from other rabbits, so it's going to take a lot of work. It was caged with its' sibling and they didn't get along, hence their scarred coats. But this one was declawed and so is very sensitive on its toes.
