Molsa Bosc #014 - Sectoral Heterochromia

Postby The Royal Mirage » Thu Aug 27, 2015 3:54 pm

A special lady for you guys after my long absence (I'm so sorry, life just got busy and I didn't have as much time for these guys). This seal bay mare carries a special mutation in her eyes - sectoral heterochromia (purple and green). It is guaranteed to pass down to all of her foals, once I open breedings that is ;)

Age: 6 years
Sex: Mare
Height: 15.3hh
Phenotype: Seal bay w/ sectoral heterochromia
Favourite Colour: a light minty green
Why?: Moose doesn't get to see this colour very often but when she does it makes her day. It became her favourite colour after her third meeting with a young girl, the one who would become her owner and best friend. It's the same colour the little girl loves and she is often if not always wearing something with that shade. As the girl gets older Moose doesn't get to see her every day anymore which only makes her love seeing that particular shade even more.

Phenotype: Seal bay w/ sectoral heterochromia
    Favourite Colour: Pink
Why?: When Phaedra was born she had a slight vision dysfunction that made her colourblind, so she could only see in black and white. When she became an adolescent the color in her vision returned and the first color she saw was pink. It was this color because it was during a sunset that it happened. She was watching it, watching the light fade when this splash of color bloomed out.

Phenotype: Seal bay w/ sectoral heterochromia
Favourite Colour: Orange
Why?: She loves the sunrise and set. She is a very bright and happy equine, so orange suits her. Her first memory is after she was born, she immediately watched the sunrise, and remembers playing as the sun came up.

Phenotype: Seal bay w/ sectoral heterochromia
Favourite Colour: Leaf Green
Why?: She loves that colour because of her sectoral heterochromia she sees everything in a slightly green and that makes the plants even more green, than what they already are. They look more fresh and makes her happy, especially when she's walking through the forest with other equin species ^^
