Not been feeling super great the past few days so yesterday when I sat down to design an adopt he turned into this and I just fell in love. Look at my baby. Mmmm he's fine Gonna be spoiling him so much

So a little about him. His name's Azimuth(Azi for short though he hates that). He's the Head Councilman on the GLC (Galactic Lumiera Council). He's very strict and serious and usually grumpy (Probably because of all the stress that goes with being the head councilman of the GLC) He has a very close bond with his companion star, and because of this connection, he has a stronger control over the powers it grants him. He can use both his paws to create the galaxy stuff(Still working out the kinks in the star power idea, sorry, I'll be updating the fp with info in a bit), and he's mildly telepathic/has strong control over other Lumi's wills. He's not a corrupt leader, however, nd he has a strong sense of justice. If he ever were to find romance, she would need to be headstrong/stubborn. He's not looking right now though.

As to his edits, Azimuth has long tufts of fur on his back legs, thicker mane and belly fur, and luscious black hair that's got this wild/sophisticated look about it. It's glorious. His eyes are thinner than other Lumis' and has thicker eyelashes. He also has sparkly liquid always flowing from his tearducts. And his ears, his ears are large, spliced ones that are said to harbor miniature galaxies in themselves. Lastly(at least I think), he has two obsidian black horns. Azimuth strikes fear and respect into the hearts of many Lumis, most of which do not dare to defy him. He wears the floating rings of the Galactic council, having two around his left front paw, two around his tail, and one around his neck. The amount of rings signifies his high rank on the council.

In the future, I will be designing and releasing more council members, but I'm not sure how soon. It'll probably be a little while.
