Personality; He works really hard, and is very determined. He'll give his rider 110%, every time. He tends to overwork himself, and needs an attentive owner who knows when to make him quit. He absolutely loves to compete, whether it be racing next to other horses or against the clock. When it's time to run, he knows it. Out of saddle, he is relatively gentle. He does have a bit of a temper, especially when being worked in-hand, and can get frustrated easily. His rider will know when he's had enough, and won't push him farther than he needs to be. He hates halter showing because he can't stand still long enough, and being looked at by a judge makes him antsy. He's a quick learner, just needs extra reassurance when being taught something new.

He's a loyal pony at heart and would protect his family and friends with his life if needed. He doesn't like to talk about himself very much, hence why he's reserved about personal information as well as his feelings for the majority of the time. Despite being reserved in some areas that doesn't prevent Banning form being social. Built for power but also for speed, this gelding is very high-spirited and even a little high maintenance at times. He likes to keep an open mind and would even call himself an optimist.
