Type 3-Long tail ears-Funk tail- Rare dirty white paint with blue glow-Hair mutation

Im sorry I took so long -weeps- I was busy with stuff and trying to get it done.
Well this is a RU for River Song, based of Fritz Smith. They chose Blastichearts version qVq
The darker orange is on multiply 29% for the stripes! He did take me awhile, I kept changing the colors a lot.
