His parents wanted a strong-sounding name, but kept remembering this feminine name. The name stuck with them so much that they decided to name their child this, even though he wasn't a girl as they had originally hoped he'd turn out to be.

What's their favorite item?
Lexus adores his teddy bear. While this item may seem childish and immature to most who think of it, Lexus loves this item for many reasons. His parents gave the bear to him when he was very young; where his parents obtained such a human item he never did find out. In times of catastrophe or stress, Lexus would curl up with the bear, snuggling it close to his chest as he tried his best to not break down from the strong emotions that wracked his tiny frame. When he got older, he kept the bear solely for memory's sake...but when once again faced with different stressful situations, he'd grab ahold of the bear and hug it once again, feeling the stress melt away. And now an adult, Lexus has kept the bear, knowing full well that if he's ever stressed he can just give the bear a squeeze or flick with his paws - he knows the ragged, loved thing will always be looking up at him with a smile on his face, always there to cease his fears and calm his nerves.

Lexus's happiest moment came when he was just a baby. While most beings don't remember their first days of life, Lexus can remember bits and pieces of his early days after his coming into existence. His happiest memory is from this time in his past. He'd had a rather pleasant dream - he couldn't tell you what the topic was if he wanted to, as he's long since forgotten - and was slowly padding off to find his parents. His mother surprised him by hiding behind a tall piece of shrubbery and leaping out at the last possible moment. Lexus, being the toddler that he was, found this hysterically funny and burst into peals of laughter. This was the first time Lexus had ever laughed, and this memory shines brightest out of all of the wonderful memories he has since acquired. And while he has had some great times and bad times in life, Lexus thinks back to this one pivotal moment as his happiest here upon planet Earth.
