-The Pickup Day-

Time: 7:30 am
Action: Going to the Facility

Waking up, I took a shower, put on my red plaid shirt and bolted out the door, with a pink card in hand. Today I had to go pick up my first AW, from a hospital shelter. About a week ago, I received a phone call that asked if I could take an Aquarius Wolf in and care for it, and give it a nice, loving home. I agreed, and a couple days later was mailed a confirmation slip that I'd hand in once I got there. I was humming with excitement, as I drove my black car to the center. Thankfully, I remembered one thing, which was that the AW hated strong smells, so I cleaned out my car, and made sure to have just natural smells onn that wouldn't upset her.

Time: 8:00 am
Action: Picking up the AW

Upon reaching the facility, I handed in my slip, got a pink card to go to her room. Room 15d. Walkign slowly, I arrived to a clean room that had no smell, and handing to my slip to the person outside the room, and entered. In a half tank that allowed her to walk on land was my AW, a very pink and violet AW. Smiling, I walked over, and knelt down beside her and held out my hand slowly. The AW walked overand cautiously sniffed my hand. Deeming that my hand wasn't a threat, she licked it and curled up into my arms. Her closeness, and trust amazed me cause I was expecting a more shy AW that wouldn't come near me. Rising slowly, I left the facility, with her in my arms, and I decided what to name her, Aditi, my beautiful pink AW.

Time: 8:00 am
Action: Saving Aditi

The next day I woke up with a jump, I have to go take care of Aditi. When I got outside, I heard cries coming from the tank/kennel thing. Jogging up, I noticed my little sister in the pen with her, terrorizing her. I growled with anger, marched over, grabbed her arm, and dragged her back to the house. After a short scolding, I walked back out and watched from the outside to see how she was holding up. I sighed unhappily when a pink tail slithered back into the water and hid as far away from me.

Time: 8:30 am
Action: Bonding with Aditi

A long time passed, and Aditi finally crawled out of the water and over to me, as my hand reached out, my sister came running over again, and Aditi's nose flared and she raced back to the water. Turning around, I held out my arm to stop her from coming any closer.
"I don't get why you get an Aquaris Wolf, I deserve it more than you." she whines, placing her hands on her hips.
"Your to young, your irresponsible, to crazy, immature and don't listen to anything other people say." I replied back firmly and led her to the house and once again telling her to stay away from Aditi unless she's washed herself with all natural, non-smelly stuff. She huffs and goes into her room, slamming it shut behind her. I yet again go outside, to attempt to regain her trust.
