Why: Why? Because the parts that are not colored in yet are going to be filled with glowing rainbow goose that works like a lava lamp, it moves up and down in large and small blobs in a shiny rainbows liquid. <3

Why are the lines finished by not the colour?::
Story time! ~
The artist wanted to make a very unique cat but didn't know how. Sure there were colours like red, orange,yellow ,green , blue and purple but they were boring. Though the artist was desperate and did a rainbow with some dots. The cat looked like all the other rainbow ones so she made it different by adding black smudges on it. The artist wanted to do something unique with the tail but couldn't think of anything! So she went to bed but accidentally clicked the "put up for adoption" button and the Roonz cat went up for adoptions! The artist found out that having the tail not coloured makes it very unique and stands out from the others.

Why is the drawing painted but the lines are not finished yet?: They are! The artist worked hard on the body of the cat, making it new and exciting. They used all the rainbow colours and a creative splash of black to make it look like it was drawn on, then erased. However, disaster struck. They had used too many colours, and they couldn't decide what colour the ears and tail should be! They wanted it to look unique, and a tailless cat would be fine, but an earless cat wouldn't do. Then it hit them. She mixed up all the colours they had used to make a pearly white, and coloured it in that colour. However, the colour blended in to the other colours. They became invisible. They were worrying, as they couldn't fix it now it had been coloured, until the cat moved. The light reflected off the strange colour when it moved, so they could see it. Happy, they put it up for adoption,

Why is the drawing painted but the lines are not finished yet? She ate too many skittles and they stained her perfectly white fur, but the m&m's she ate, the chocolate stained bits of the skittle stained fur. her ears and tail are a special crystal that is invisible at any angle :3

Why is the drawing painted but the lines are not finished yet? The artist keeps going over the lines, because they "are never good enough" But then they decided that the body was good so they painted it. But the ears and tail just "never perfect"
