Belle is a newborn pup and has yet to develop her own personality, as she grows up she will start to show her true colours.
It is currently unknown as to where she got her scar, nor is it know whether it will effect her in the long run or not. She hasn't opened her eyes yet so she may very well be blind in that eye. She was found on the streets hiding in a basket covered by a blanket with a note. There is no sign of her real parents and it was clear she had been there a while. She could have been attacked by a cat or even a dog and was lucky to only get a scar.
