Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.

Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.

Born to a young couple, Yasuo and his twin, Enoy, hardly had the chance to meet their parents before the war took them. The twins were taken in by another in the clan, and both had a strong desire to make right what the war had messed up. As the years went on, Yasuo had to say goodbye to his brother on the battle field, but nothing quieted his determination to fix what was wrong. That is, till the clan decided that is was no use, that now was the time to give up and move on..

It shouldn’t have come to this…

Yasuo watched as his fellow clanmates, or what was left of them, prepare themselves for the journey ahead.

Righteously enraged, he clenched his teeth. This war had taken so much from them, and now it robbed them of their home. Robbed them of all they knew.. If one fox could fix this, he would, but now all what was left was for him to make sure the others got to their destination.

Putting on a smile, he nodded encouragingly to a young fox, who looked unsure of herself. As she smiled, Yasuo walked past, no way he would let anything happen to his loved ones.

Not anymore..

Stopping at a stone, his brother’s grave to specific, he stood above it. A bittersweet smile crossed his features. This was it, time to say goodbye.

Taking a breath, he swallowed. Now no crying, he had to be strong for the rest.

“Thank you, Enoy.”

He softly whispered words.

“Thank you for always being there for me, for being strong, for sacrificing yourself for the clan’s wellbeing. For just being you. And hey, I might be getting a little mushy, but you’re worth it. ...Say hi to mom and dad for me, they are everything we were told, uh?”

He continued stronger, for Enoy, it’s what he would have wanted.

Taking another deep breath, he lingered only a moment longer before turning, heading back to his clanmates. He kept a slight, if somewhat forced, bounce to his steps, he must help keep hope alive.
