DO YOU
STILL BELIEVE
IN ONE
ANOTHER?
----Morgan glared at Leifr. What could his brother possibly know? About him? About them? About their family? His eyes were mere angry slits, before he whirled away from his older sibling, contemplating what to do. His brother was abandoning him,
again.----His parents were dead, an illness had ended up killing them both when he and Leifr were still children. Leifr, being the eldest, took up the responsibility of keeping them both safe. As the siblings grew, Leifr began leaving for periods of time, he'd go sailing for a week, but not tell his younger sibling why, though it was apparent to Morgan now that Leifr was trying to become a pirate, a giant, lying, thief. Morgan grabbed a coat and shrugged it on, pretty angrily at that. He stormed out of the house. As he stepped out of the door way, Leifr piped up, "Where are you going?"
----Morgan simply responded with "Out." before slamming the door behind him. The old house shook with the force of the door, and he half expected it to collapse, though he was far too used to the shaky old building to be too phased. He walked towards the lake, a place he went to often, even in the slight chill of spring. He was there so often that the shore residents knew him by name, and were close friends of his. Morgan stopped at the shore, the early dawn sunlight leaving slight warmth on his cheeks, despite the gentle spring breeze that chilled the air. Morgan took off his coat, and hung it over a nearby tree branch, quickly doing the same with his shirt. The breeze now bit at him and made him just a little colder, but he didn't care. He didn't have any swim trunks, since he didn't really think about it, so he just decided to make do with his jeans. He slipped into the lake water, and swished his tail around leisurely as he swam, trying to shed the anger he had directed at his brother.
DO YOU
STILL BELIEVE
IN LOVE?
I WONDER
----He swam for a long time, until long after the sun had risen, until his limbs ached and felt numb. He was about to drag himself out of the water, when he saw a kid run and jump in the water. He smiled for a second, until he realized the kid hadn't come up yet, and it'd been a bit. The kid did come up, but they looked like they could hardly swim, and it took Morgan a minute to realize, the kid was
drowning. He swam as fast as he could and struggled to hold the kid up. Every thought he had now consumed by pure concern. He hauled the kid to shore and watched as his parents came running over. Before they did, Morgan stood up and ran to the tree where his shirt and jacket were hanging. He didn't want to get too heavily involved, and now he knew the kid would be fine. He quickly shrugged on his shirt, and just decided to carry and jacket as he hurried home.
----By the time he got home, Leifr had left. Gone. No trace. His idiot of a brother just up and
left.
----As the years passed, Morgan spent more and more time at the lake, staying for days on occasion, until the only times he left were when he needed something from his home or town. He unintentionally started keeping vigil for those who could drown, and taking them to shore if something happened. He always slunk back into the water before their companions arrived, or his shoreline neighbors came out to see what he was yelling at them for. He was rather quiet, and he just wanted people to be safe, not to be seen as some lifeguard at the lake. Slowly he became accustomed to this lifestyle, and it was what he did with his time, Until something flipped it right on its head.
----Leifr had come back. Why had he come back? He had more crew to his name now, even three kids of his own, and a husband too. Morgan was irritated, that the one day he had to leave the lake, was the one day his brother was here. Apparently he was bringing imports into town. Morgan grimaced as he hurried through town, trying to keep unseen. He ended up running smack dab into someone, and he looked up and was about to tell them to watch where they were going, but it was Leifr, and from the looks of it, he recognized Morgan. Leifr dropped everything, and wrapped his arms around Morgan. Morgan sat in stunned silence for a moment, and despite the anger he felt for him, he wrapped his arms around his brother, tears beginning to form in his eyes.
HEY BROTHER,
THERE'S AN ENDLESS ROAD TO RE-DISCOVER.

───────────────────────────────────────
Morgan doesn't have a specific symbol used to represent him, though most recognize his tail when they see it.
Mani - sister-in-law - positive
Morgan and Mani get along rather well, and they credit it to the fact that their brothers are worthy of complaint. They often eat lunch together purely to complain about Leifr and Sol.
Leifr - brother - positive with a sprinkle of negaitve
While deep down in his heart, Morgan still holds resentment for Leifr, he can't help but desire the closeness he once had with his brother, and he slowly began to forgive the older sibling after some persuasion from Nott.
The two do disagree and bicker occasionally, but they have a decently positive relationship with one another.
Nott - nibling - positive
Morgan and Nott are rather positive forces to one another, though Morgan can't help but see some of Leifr in them, especially in their ambitions. Morgan tries his best to guide Nott through what he can, and they're rather close.
Nott tries desperately to rekindle the relationship between Morgan and Leifr, as they dislike seeing the two disagree.
Ripley - niece - neutral
Ripley is still heavily unsure of Morgan, and scrutinizes him at every turn, trying to see if he's strong enough, smart enough, and all around decent enough to be around her.
Vermont - friend - positive
Both Morgan and Vermont are Hispanic and Genderqueer, so it spawned a relationship out of their similar identities from the getgo. Though, their interests diverged. Vermont was heavily interested in video games, and they'd bug Morgan to play them, though Morgan's only knowledge of videogames is really only as deep as the first Gameboy system. Vermont often promises to go easy on Morgan and teach him how to play, though they usually end up beating him anyway.
Folke - enemy - negative
Folke is a rather large annoyance to Morgan, as he keeps doing rather troublesome things. Folke regularly graffities on structures around and in the lake, not to mention going for loud, late into the night swims with his friends. Morgan has developed a strong hatred for Folke because of this.
Zuzu - friend - positive
Morgan and Zuzu are rather close, and tend to vent to one another, as well as talk about deep things, that sometimes stray into the existentialism spectrum of things.
Zephyr - acquaintance - neutral
Morgan doesn't really know Zephyr well, but saw zem screaming at the sky one day, and heavily believes ze is a nut who probably believes the world will end in the next few years.
