--Growth Rules--
● There are no teen lines so you have to wait 3 months for it to grow to an adult once its born
● For right now, only artists can grow your PD's
● you must OWN the PD, dont ask for PD's that arent yours to be grown
--Custom Rules--
● Customs may have major edits
● Do not ask for customs
● Artists get 2 customs, guest artists get 1
● Other staff(mods/archivist) get 2 customs, and can ask me to create theirs if they can't use oekaki.
