this was the second tryout design i did for the artist competition!! i was actually like really hesitant on putting them up because i honestly love the design so much, but i figure someone in the community would appreciate them more than me.

because i love this design so much, though, i will call for a only slightly more 'complicated' competition. in order to win this doll i would like you to design their 'magical girl' weapon, since i had based them off of sailor moon/pmmm and all that jazz. it can either be drawn by you, or you can commission someone else to draw your idea for you. i will be judging based off of creativity and not artistic level.

you may keep their personality tidbits from the original tryout design if you'd like, or change it up. i will also allow tiny edits to be made to the chest area if you choose to make this doll a female since i know my default when drawing is flatter chests. [bonus points to whoever makes them a demiboy, though.]

since this is a art based contest i will give you all some time, the contest will end on the 2nd of May.

Weapon; test view - hope this is ok to edit on! Also, tied on the arrow bars below the crescent she will place whips with spiked balls at the end for when she's feeling particularly violent. When on, she then spins the staff in circles creating good momentum to smack the crap out of her victims with the spiked balls. Otherwise, she may put ribbons or other accessories on it.


Personality; Rosalie is a vivacious doll with a knack for having a very defined personality. She comes off quickly as a lively, rambunctious, and friendly person. She doesn't care for boundaries much and is willing to be herself, no matter the audience. Though courageous and active, she isn't dramatic and likes to stick to the point of things. That being said, she won't crap her feelings and likes to take care of anger the old fashion way (Rose's knuckles crack in the distance). She take great pride in her tomboy personality but her very feminine looks, she loves herself to say the least. Fashion will never cease to amuse her, Rose adores dressing up and fawning over anything fashion-wise. Her staff is very lightweight, for she is actually rather weak and depends on the sharpness of her weapon to do the dirty work for her. When she uses it in battle, she is rather elegant and lithe for her stockier build. She is very neat and orderly when it comes to her personal appearance and scythe staff, but sometimes she can be crude. She finds burping amusing, unladylike postures comfortable, and more things considered masculine. To wrap up, Rosalie will not hesitate to act herself, choose comfort before social acceptance, fashion over friends, speak her mind, and beat you up. Dei is a large part of Rose's life but often is found neglected as they are often taken for granted. Rose is very caring, but sometimes gets caught up with herself.
