As a kit and apprentice, Honeywing was very curious and wild-hearted. She was constantly trying to sneak way and easily fraught at the sight of her nest. Her longing for adventure led her to outright rebellion. She disobeyed per parents and ignored the warnings of other cats. Honeywing never really showed much remorse for her action, instead insisting on disobedience. Because she was young, she didn't take well to criticism. She made a habit of justifying her own misbehavior. She was never patient, always wanting her way and willing to lie and scheme in order to get it. She was also quite bratty proving to be stubborn and resistant when faced with constructive criticism.
Despite being so headstrong, Honeywing was a good-hearted youngster, easily excitable and open to meeting new friends. She is also quick to pick up on things. Being non-judgmental, she was always willing to tweak her own behavior in order to make others feel more comfortable.

As a adult, Honeywing remained almost identical to her kit self in personality. Still wild at heart, she longs to escape her parent's overprotective wing, proving herself to be even more determined than ever to gain independence. So strong is her yearning to be free that she's willing to endanger her life in order to prove that she is capable and strong. Honeywing is also much calmer as a young apprentice.
Honeywing was also very cheerful, always seeing the best in others and looking at the positive side of situations. She possesses a strong sense of justice. She also possesses a fierce temper that she can usually keep under control, but in the event that she is seriously wronged or if there is a false accusation, she will let it out.
