I'm claiming this Guardian!
Owner: Kallile
Name: {You may leave blank until the Guardian is revealed if you wish}
Gender: Female
Fears: Severe fear of being tethered. Will rip through any leashes easily and take off. Cannot be alone for over five minutes without panicking and causing destruction.
Past: Found in a neglective home tied to stair railing. Fairly emaciated, cannot stand being alone.
The paperwork is all filled out and waiting on the desk. The car has a large crate in it just waiting--I'm not sure I'll be able to carry her out or that she will even let me so she has to get home safely somehow. The fenced in backyard has been checked and rechecked a hundred times to make sure there are no wobbly places that our new family member might be able to slip through. But most importantly our new friend's room is all ready. It doesn't have too much in the way of plush--several fleece blankets piled nicely in a corner for her bed, a few chew toys that are supposed to be highly indestructible, and of course her dishes. As few things are possible for her to destroy and potentially eat, at least for right now. This is her 'safe room' for the first few days. I changed the door to a Plexiglas window door so that she can always see the boys outside roaming the house until they get used to one another. Hopefully it will prevent any accidents should she try to break through it--at least it won't shatter like normal glass. I even have a thin mattress in there--I plan on sleeping there with her to help build trust in those crucial first few days. Everyone is so excited to meet her, both Synrea and Tanis seem to be buzzing with energy at all the things going on in the house. Let's hope they still feel that way when we meet her...
