Colter horns + item revamp + tuft

I gave Colter some horns, and a new tuft, and some new items. His glasses usually go on his face, and not on his head, but I drew them off his face, and moved them there, but they didn't fit, so I put them on his head. x3 What a run-on. x3

Also he's single, guys, and girls. ewe
