The name I have chosen is Keatan

First touch
It was in plan that a friend and I pair our Neravontiis, and before they were ready, the
pairing seemed to had happened just a tab bit early.
The owner of the mare wasn't ready for a foal and wanted me to take the colt to my place to
keep or rehome. I had picked up the colt, and placed him in one of the stalls. The Whether was horrible
tonight so I had doubled some of my Neravontiis together, Stallions in their own. It's time I build another stable, and perhaps a few large stalls.

I stood looking his stall thinking of names.
The names that gone through my head over time
Sully
Allison
Balin
But then I thought Keatan suited him perfectly, so I Cooed the name "Keatan" He rushed over for a few strokes.
Luckily he was old enough to had actually been separated from his mother. Of course we didn't just separate the two
just because nobody was ready.
I held out a carrot to stroke the colt.
I stayed in the stables with my Neravontiis over night and kept them comfort of the horrible night.

First Saddle

Time had passed, Keatan has learned allot, and is now ready to be ridden.
It's time I get him used to tack.
It was a nice cool morning as I walked to the paddock, one of the first to greet
me was Ghost and ZeKorra. As I reached the gate, Poker, Macy, Roshan, and Apollo
all walked up to the gate. I walked in and handed all a carrot and played with them for a couple of hours.

Time had passed, and I had played, and stroked all of them. I walked up to Keatan and grabbed his halter,
looked at him as I stroked him. Today is the day boy, lets get you to the stable. Since I didn't have a lead,
I just lead him to the stable leading him by the halter.

I walked into the stables, and reached into the tack room to grab a lead rope. I clipped it to his halter and tied him outside one of the stalls.
I ran to grab a saddle and bridle. I put the tack on the stall door next to him, and pulled out the saddle pad, so I can get
him used to it.
I let him sniff it then dragged it across his shoulders and neck. I then set it on his back. He quickly turned to check it out.
I let him check it out, as I turned around to grab the saddle. The Saddle pad was floating in the air as I turned around.

I gasped and set the saddle back down, I turn around to the saddle pad dropped on his face. He reared a bit, and shook his head. It still sat on his face. I pick it up off his face and patted him on the neck. You goof ball.
I then set it back on his back and quickly grabbed the saddle. Before he could grab it I swung the saddle on.
He turned to check what the heck had quickly landed on his back.
He grumbled and lowered his head. As I was tightening it he nudged me on the butt, and knocked me to the ground.

I stand up wiping dirt and hay off my clothing. The tack was still on him so I just continued and watch him.
My butt facing the other way this time. He lifted his foot and caught me off guard once again. He
didn't kick to hard, but he just didn't want to stop being a big goof ball.

It had taken me 10 minutes to get him saddled. But I finally got it tightened, and was able to get to the bridle. The bridle
was the easy part, since he didn't expect a bit.

First Ride
I had let him stand getting used to the tack for 10 to 15 minutes. I was just refilling water buckets,
and refilling their buckets with meat and fruits. The Neravontiis met up inside their stalls some being 3 in one. I close the stable doors and then transferred some to empty so they all got something. I then untied Keatan, to bring him to the
round pen to get him used to the tack while moving around. I had taught him allot, including the demands needed for riding him.

I had released him and longed him some. After awhile I commanded him to a halt, and and mounted. He was kicking and rearing a little bit, but I got him to settle, and made him trot a few rounds.
I rode him for at least about an hour and by that time we were running around the paddock. He couldn't hope but try to climb the trees, and dive into the pond. I let him wade and stand knee deep but didn't want him wet while riding this early this cold.

After awhile I had dismounted to unsaddle him, I released him to the paddock and he raced to dart up one of the larger trees.
