I hope the mohawk edits are ok, and since you said about adding either streaks/highlights, I thought white may suit it - but if you do not like that I can easily get rid of it for you.
She also has Jaz' horns but I thought the purple would over power the colour pallet, so instead I gave her Izzy's horn colour - though if you'd rather them be purple I can do that for you. ^^
Note: The horns do not glow, I just did a bit of airbrush to enhance the sparkles ^^
