I am still trying to name him. I think he shall at least be nicknamed Dedede though. :lol:

EDIT: His name is now Don Luckycharm and he is commonly called "Dedede". His middle name is Kirby.

Its based off of a penguin... Pretty common design pattern, kootra. xvx'
Plus a lot is different (this one is smoothed, dif eye color, different back/shoulder pattern, dif species, etc...)

just because I say ...? doesn't mean I was angry or blaming her for copying.
I honestly don't care like xD Oh well, what am I gonna do? Report her? No, because like you said it's a common design/pattern and I don't own the "penguin" pattern.

Also, people are known for copying a design and then just changing a few things. But again, I just don't care lol
