•A Chima Lou is a wolf like creature with a lion tail. The average Chima reaches heights about as high as an average human hip, but can be slightly bigger or smaller. These creatures are found mostly in the forest and are rarely found in cities or towns. An average diet for a Chima is fruit, leaves, and many other plants. All Chimas wear a pendant and have horns, mist near their feet, and a few feathers. Rarely will a Chima not have such items. Chima Lous love being treated with kindness and being rubbed on the belly. Every Chima is unique (Siblings may share some physical traits), so please treat it as such!

Let's Paint the World
Surge tottered along the fallen log that lead across a narrow, fast moving stream. He was headed towards the edge of a small city. He would stay plenty of ways away, not wishing to be spotted by humans, he just wanted to scavenge for supplies, he would use to create something unique. He wanted to show other Chima Lous that he could give something to their society. Surge never really had fit in. Now he'd really only ever wanted to make everything brighter, bring fun into the world.

As the Chima Lou reached the other side, he snickered to himself and broke into a run, racing along the edge of the stream as he knew it lead to the city. It took him some time as he ran until he spotted the buildings rising from the horizon. He swelled with happiness as he slipped through the alleys, looking around. The city was silent, well of course it was, the was the night. He would never go to the city in the middle of the day when it was over whelming with humans.

As time passed and Surge wandered, his mist at his paws trailed along with him. His eyes trained on the surroundings as he would pick up any small trinkets that would catch his attention, placing them in a bag he'd brought along to keep the items. The black, torn up backpack was his first found item on his very first trip to this city. It was his favorite found item as well.

Lost in his thoughts, Surge hadn't heard the footsteps approaching him from behind until he felt something touch his tail where he spun around with a low growl. He expected it to be human. That's all he really saw in the city the times he visited, but instead the little thing that greeted his eyes was a grey tabby striped kitten, standing up on it's hind legs to bat at Surge's fluffy tail. It was so tiny and Surge felt no threat by such a small creature. Turning away he wagged his tail and allowed the kitten to continue batting at it as he scavenged, always making sure the kitten was still there.

And as night began to move into dawn he had a bag full of trinkets, and the little kitten still following him. It was time to head back to his home, where he'd be called strange for wanting anything to do with the human world and he'd hope maybe he could change their views of the ones he called friends. Beginning to leave he noticed the kitten still followed him, not wanting to leave him or the fluffy tail.

"Alright I guess I could bring you back with me...," Surge thought out loud quietly as he began to trot off, back through the alleys he came through back and towards the forest again, using his tail to lure the kitten along with him.

Together Surge and the kitten, who he named Taz, would spend their time together, adventuring into the city from time to time and bringing a creative spark to both the dull city of the humans and the world of Chima Lous.
