Username;spokaner
Name;uniorn
Gender;male
Personality;a bit over the top, if you know what I mean because he thinks he's a rhino. He is also a bit shy around humans, because he thinks any human will poach his horn. he also seems to get in fights with bigger animals. all because he thinks he's a rhino.
Why they think they're a rhino; He was born with a horn on his nose, and his mother nicknamed him "little rhino." Unicorn took it literally.
One extra;
encounter no:1 with:Unicorn
I was visiting Africa for awhile to photograph some animals. but nothing prepared me for what I saw.
I was on a safari bus, having a guide take me to a herd of rhinos, I was to take pictures of them and send them in for a photograph contest. the guide drove me to the herd, and I took out my camera. eager to snap pictures of the beautiful animals.
suddenly, the herd decided to move, there was no trouble. but apparently they decided to go to another spot. as the huge animals moved to another location, a strange animal darted from behind them, squealing as if to say "wait for me!".
it was a piggle, -are they native to Africa?- he was a grey and black spotted one with a horn on his nose, similar to a rhino's.
I giggled, and quickly shot a picture of the cute animal. I decided to call him "unicorn", because unicorn means "single horned." Rhinos have 1 horn, so they are unicorns.
encounter no:2 with:Unicorn
After my first encounter, I just had to take more pictures of Unicorn. So the next day, I grabbed my camera, got on the safari bus, and told the guide to "take me to the rhinos." The guide started up the bus, and drove me to the place where the rhinos were grazing.
sure enough, Unicorn was there, grazing with the rhinos. the real rhinos, didn't seem to notice Unicorn. they just grazed and didn't bother to look at him.
this was beyond cute. I snap several pictures of Unicorn. this was just too cute.
encounter no:3 with :unicorn
I sadly have to leave Africa today, but I am nothing leaving without seeing Unicorn once more. once again, I board a safari bus, tell the guide to "take me to the rhinos," and they drive me there.
the rhinos are snoozing peacefully in the African grass. Unicorn is between 2 adult rhinos. and he too, is sleeping. I take out my camera, and take one last picture, the prefect one, filled with exploding cuteness. I don't care if I win the photo contest or not, because I've had enough reward with just seeing the adorableness of animal friendship
