How did he get that scar?: Arthur claims that he collected the scar by fighting another owl for his home, but really, it was a mobbing by crows. Crows are very pesky and never side with any owl, so they are often seen pecking around at unsuspecting owls, especially Arthur. It's a miracle he wasn't scratched any more than he has.

He got the scar from an especially large unkind male. You see, Robert had taken a liking to a sweet and pretty female owl, but he didn't have the guts to talk to her. He just sat around near her a lot, watching her and trying to think of what to say. Another male liked this female owl too, and he decided Robert spent a little too much time around this female and attacked him. Poor sensitive Robert had to flee with his broken heart.
