Shiro can talk, but whenever he does, he stutters a lot, and his voice is always very, very quiet. not only that; Shiro hasn't spoken in months. he carries a book on sign language wherever he goes, and he already knows half of what's written there. Only a few of his friends have ever heard him speak.
Shiro's speech problems began when he was very young. He couldn't speak well and it hurt whenever he tried to. To this day, he remains silent, but he will speak up for those who need him to. Shiro has anxiety problems because of this, and he doesn't enjoy being a meme very much.
