I used my bottle of dust for the hair on this one but decided against rare paint.
Small updates made on behalf of the owner--this RPW does have rare paint.
That's what I promised them anyways, and I saved up my "rare" slots for a rare runner up so it's okay.
(I wasn't going to used my dust bottle on myself as I have too many special RPWs c:)
It's sort of koi based like you asked.
The funny this is, though, 493 wasn't based on koi at all xD But the more I looked at it the more I realized that it does actually resemble a koi-based design.
