Based off a gull, and has snow-like markings scattered across her pelt. She's collected quite a few gull feathers too, which she uses as jewelry. She is not a completely natural dream-walker, but she practices more than her sister.

Her name is Rhine Noelani, which means Rhine, Heavenly Mist.
