Here is the newer, better Toast.
Basically what I've done is to lighten her colors and simplify her design so that it's not so "noisy". Her older design didn't fit her personality well, and even though it's one of the more obvious, bigger changes, it was definitely necessary.
That's about all though.
She looks the way I originally imagined her, so I'm VERY happy. I didn't accomplish that with her first design at all.
She also has a hair pin and a few piercings on her wing now.

Toast is a shy person who has very few close friends, but the friends she does have
are held close to her heart. Toast is very nature oriented, and she lives in a cabin
in the woods so that she can observe her fellow creatures, especially plants and
birds. Toast also loves children and is not shy around them as she is around adults.
Toast isn't street-smart, but she is fairly book-smart. She enjoys the company of
a good non-fiction book or a documentary.
Toast is athletic and enjoys running and, of course, flying.
She owns a bakery where she sells berry-themed goods and jams.
