Hewie is very shy in his own way, if anything he seems more standoffish. The dark bean is almost completely nocturnal and tends to spend most of his time at the playground in the debt of night admiring the stars. He feels lonely, though most of the time he doesn't acknowledge it. Despite having a large family he tries to avoid most of his own family members due to how loud they are most of the time. Hewie has sensitive ears, and a general sense of unease when surrounded by lots of people or lots of loud noises. He prefers quiet, low key, one on one interactions and tends to only make a couple friends and really bond with those couple individuals. He's incredibly loyal, honest and dedicated in his friendships, and he's never one to deny the company of another no matter how unsavory.
